IP Lens Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of IP Lens (https://iplens.docotrak.com), a free tool operated by Syntactics Inc., RAMI Bldg, Tiano - Mabini Sts., Cagayan de Oro, 9000 Philippines. By using IP Lens, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What IP Lens does

IP Lens shows your public IP address and approximate information about an IP address, such as its location and network provider. IP detection is provided by ipify and location and provider data is provided by ipwho.is. These are third-party services that we do not control.

2. Information is approximate

IP location and provider data is an estimate. It can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. An IP address usually shows the location of an internet provider or network, not the exact location of a person or device, and results can be affected by VPNs, proxies, mobile networks and other factors. Do not rely on IP Lens to identify or locate a person, or for legal, emergency, security, financial or other important decisions.

3. Provided as-is

IP Lens is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We may change, suspend or stop the site, or any part of it, at any time.

4. Third-party services and ads

Lookup results come from third-party services, and the site shows ads served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for third-party data, services, ads or linked websites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use IP Lens lawfully. Do not use it to harass, track or harm any person, to break any law, to interfere with or overload the site or the third-party services it relies on, or to scrape or automate requests to the site in bulk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Syntactics Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, IP Lens or its results. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply from the effective date shown on this page.
